Reltio: Automating Health Checks and Strengthening Master-Data Integration
Reltio’s customer engineering teams supported complex implementations while carrying out recurring health checks and data diagnostics. CLOUDSUFI combined reporting automation, source-to-entity mapping and implementation support to make these processes more consistent. The engagement also delivered reporting and supplier-onboarding workflows.

Manual reporting and fragmented diagnostics
Health-check reporting required more than 70 manual API calls for each customer tenant. Engineers had to assemble the results into reports, while investigating data-load issues involved reviewing logs and latency information across multiple tools.
Customer implementations also required architecture guidance, configuration support and reliable mappings between source data and master-data entities. These recurring needs created an opportunity to make collection, validation and support processes more consistent.
Controlled ingestion from source records to master data
CLOUDSUFI configured and tested an inbound workflow that maps warehouse source fields to the target entity model. Records proceed only when an existing quality-check value meets the configured condition. The workflow then creates target records for attribute review.
Records that do not meet the quality condition remain the source team’s responsibility. They must be corrected before reprocessing. This makes the boundary between ingestion control and source-data correction explicit.
The tested workflow establishes a repeatable path from source fields to master-record creation, with defined eligibility checks and correction ownership.
Automated health-check reporting
CLOUDSUFI developed a health-check reporting automation proof of concept. The reporting workflow connects diagnostic collection, predefined checks and report generation with storage, archival, execution logs and error handling.
The reporting capability includes scheduled delivery, alerts and trend analysis, with validation coverage for up to 10 tenant IDs, five trend-analysis reports and one dashboard.
Implementation support and reusable guidance
Alongside automation, CLOUDSUFI provided specialist customer engineering support for onboarding, implementation guidance, issue handling and configuration. Reusable assets and technical training support consistent responses to recurring implementation needs.
The support model uses a 60-day transition through knowledge transfer and shadow support to primary ownership. Reverse knowledge-transfer sign-off and independent ticket handling provide clear ownership gates.
Standardized supplier onboarding
CLOUDSUFI expanded the supplier data model and added source enrichment, integration interfaces, cleansing, validation, matching and survivorship rules. Three custom workflows standardized supplier onboarding, supported by an implementation guide.
