Overview

Procore worked with CLOUDSUFI to simplify recurring operational work across Finance, Legal and G&A Systems. Commission reporting went live in September 2026, replacing manual booking-data extraction, formatting and file uploads with scheduled delivery.

Employee exit agreement automation gives HR a structured process to validate employee records and launch agreement workflows in bulk.

Manual preparation created recurring operational work

Teams manually extracted, formatted and uploaded booking files for account executive and sales development representative commission reporting. Repeating these steps created handling work each reporting cycle and required follow-up when delivery failed.

Employee exit agreements involved custom drafting and multiple touchpoints. Nonstandard agreements could require one to two hours of Legal drafting and review. Manual workflow entry added further effort during larger batches.

Commission reporting moves to scheduled delivery

CLOUDSUFI implemented daily workflows that retrieve the current month-to-date booking records directly from the source system, apply the required formatting and deliver the complete month-to-date files securely to the commission-processing destination.

The two workflows cover account executive and sales development representative reporting, with up to approximately 1,200 records each at month-end, or 2,400 combined. Direct extraction removes the intermediate warehouse dependency. Success and failure notifications make delivery status visible for operational follow-up.

Employee exit agreements move to controlled bulk processing

CLOUDSUFI implemented controlled templates, guided HR intake and bulk workflow launching for employee exit agreements. The workflow reduces repeated manual entry and gives HR a defined preparation process.

The workflow includes record validation, duplicate checks, processing-status visibility and row-specific alerts. Permissions and controlled template language support consistency and traceability during agreement preparation.

Operational results

  • Commission reporting: two live workflows replace recurring manual file preparation with daily automated delivery and visible run status.
  • Estimated commission effort avoided: approximately 80 hours per month across both reports, calculated from a combined volume of approximately 2,400 records at two minutes of handling each.
  • Employee exit processing reduces manual entry, with an estimated 10 minutes avoided per workflow, equivalent to 16–17 hours for a batch of 100. The estimate covers workflow entry and excludes Legal drafting and review time.

A repeatable foundation for operational automation

Procore’s commission reporting runs through scheduled extraction and delivery. Employee exit automation extends this approach to agreement preparation, combining bulk processing with controls that help teams identify records requiring attention.
