Thank you to the Workato team for bringing together the people building, delivering, and using its platform at World of Workato 2026. The well-organized event in Las Vegas gave us valuable time with the wider community, while Partner Day offered a closer look at Workato’s direction as an enterprise AI platform.
For us at CLOUDSUFI, attending as a Build Partner made those conversations especially meaningful. Since our partnership began in 2025, we have been exploring where our enterprise application and AI engineering expertise can contribute. This year’s event helped us deepen those relationships and identify specific needs we can explore together.

New relationships and practical conversations
Across the event, our team connected with more than 30 people spanning Product Management, Engineering, go-to-market teams, Field Sales, customer CTOs, alliance partners, and customers. Meeting people across these functions gave us a broader understanding of the priorities shaping the Workato ecosystem.
Several introductions led to conversations about specific engineering requirements. Product Managers shared needs around security, connectivity with finance applications such as Zuora, and product validation to support their engineering teams.
These discussions gave us concrete areas to explore after the event. They also opened relationships through which we can better understand the requirements and assess where CLOUDSUFI can contribute.

A closer look at Workato’s enterprise AI direction
Partner Day was a highlight for our team. It gave us a clearer understanding of how Workato is extending beyond integration platform as a service, or iPaaS, toward a unified platform for developing, managing, and governing enterprise agents.
We learned more about its approach to integrating agents into business workflows and connecting SaaS applications, large language models, and third-party agents through the Model Context Protocol, or MCP.
For CLOUDSUFI, the takeaway was practical. As agents become part of enterprise workflows, the engineering around them matters: access to the right data, secure application connectivity, and validation before deployment. The requirements raised in our conversations on the floor brought that perspective into focus.

Building on our partnership
We began our partnership with Workato as a Build Partner in 2025. We are now establishing go-to-market motions with its Partner Enablement team and actively exploring opportunities to build and deliver solutions for enterprise and independent software vendor customers.
On the Build side, we are strengthening the relationship with the aim of serving as an extended arm of Workato’s Professional Services teams globally. Our focus is on contributing enterprise application and AI skills to support new implementations.
The event helped us connect this partnership direction with specific needs across the ecosystem. Conversations with product and engineering teams highlighted potential areas for technical collaboration, while meeting sales teams, partners, and customers gave us a wider view of where joint opportunities could develop.

Taking the conversations forward
We left World of Workato with new relationships, requirements to explore, and a clearer understanding of the platform’s direction. Our focus now is to deepen those discussions and work with Workato to identify where our expertise can support future solutions and implementations.
Thank you to the Workato team and everyone who made time to connect with us. We look forward to continuing the conversations and building the next chapter of our partnership together.
