CLOUDSUFI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zuora Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Consultant specializing in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) to join our esteemed team. The Zuora Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing functionality, stability, and optimization of Zuora’s subscription billing and revenue management platform for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Zuora’s capabilities, coupled with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to address and resolve client issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand how the IT solution in Zuora and integrated applications supports the Business Process End-To-End.
  • Globally address production issues and support end user queries around Subscriptions & Billing – Zuora application. 
  • Build competency in the configuration of the Zuora application. 
  • Drive Incidents to closure by coordinating with the respective stakeholders. 
  • Work actively with team members to ensure production stability with proactive monitoring of the application. 
  • Perform daily checks and apply recovery and troubleshooting procedures strictly. 
  • Manage the application setups in Preproduction and Production environments. 
  • Engage with Tech Leads on the transition of IT solutions developed and needs to be supported in Run mode. 
  • Engage with Offer Onboarding and Country Deployments teams on transitioning the deployment related topics to Support teams. 
  • Communicate effectively with users, collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across locations. 
  • Escalate issues and other topics to the right team when needed. 
  • Identify opportunities to solve recurring issues & work along with L3 team to deploy fixes.
  • Contribute and promote Knowledge management in the organization. 
  • Improve existing documentation. 
  • Strong adherence towards process orientation. 
  • Effectively promote process best practices.
  • Understand the limitations of integration interfaces and business model and provide functional/process advice wherever necessary.
  • Participate in Daily Scrum calls, Scrum Planning, Retro and Demos meetings
  • Comply with development processes, documentation templates and tools prescribed by CLOUDSUFI or and its clients
  • Contribute towards the creation of knowledge repository, reusable assets/solution accelerators and IPs
  • Provide feedback to junior team members and be a coach and mentor for them
  • Provide training sessions on the latest technologies and topics to others employees in the organization
  • Participate in organization development activities time to time – Interviews, CSR/Employee engagement activities, participation in business events/conferences, implementation of new policies, systems and procedures as decided by Management team 

Qualifications/Required Experience:

  • Must have at least 6-12 years experience of implementing Zuora Billing and Revenue management solution for large enterprise customers, preferably Fortune 1000
  • Must have familiarity with Financial concepts – Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Rating, Taxation, Revenue, Accounting etc.. 
  • Strong knowledge of business process Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Plan-to-Report (P2R). 
  • Strong client experience in Subscriptions & Billing specifically on Zuora is a must. 
  • Should have hands-on experience with the end to end integration of Zuora including payment providers, tax calculation, supply and financial flows with systems like SFDC, COUPA, Avalara, NetSuite, Concur, Blackline.
  • Should be able to translate business problems into solutions leveraging the out of the box configuration capabilities of Zuora as well as technical solutions based on Zuora APIs, data exports and advanced configuration. 
  • Should be expert in Zuora Product Catalog, Bill Runs, Payment Runs concepts. 
  • Should know how to build Invoice Templates, Email templates and Communication Profiles. 
  • Should know Subscription management via amendments, renewals etc. 
  • Should know about Zuora Salesforce packages and how to configure those. 
  • Should have knowledge of Zuora REST APIs and Call Outs. 
  • Should know how to set up roles and permissions in Zuora. 
  • Should know the Zuora reporting module. 
  • Should we be aware of the Zuora object model?
  • Must have executed projects using Agile Scrum methodology and aware of all processes involved in Scrum
  • Should be willing to enhance skills and knowledge via trainings and certifications, as required
  • Should be willing to work in the Pacific Time Zone ( PST )
