A former Formula One engineer, aerospace professional and tech entrepreneur, Isaac brings a blend of top performance culture, deep technical fluency, and executive operating discipline. Over the past two decades, he has led growth, transformation, and innovation initiatives across AI, data, engineering, fintech, education, and industrial sectors. His experience includes building operational systems, launching new business lines, optimizing complex organizations, and delivering multimillion-dollar projects with speed and precision. 

Isaac holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering with expertise in optimization and advanced systems. He is recognized for translating complexity into clear action plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and creating environments where people thrive, enjoy and perform at their best.
