Job Description

CLOUDSUFI is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and posting technical job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from niche platforms, screening resumes based on specialized skills, and conducting interviews using various methods. Networking with technical specialists online using professional social media networking sites is mandatory.


  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates on different platforms, like Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed etc
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Arranging telephone, virtual, or in-person interviews.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

Qualifications/Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting for an IT Product/Service Company
  • Knowledge of technical and engineering fields.
  • Experience in finding and hiring top talent for technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills to talk to hiring managers and other key people.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple hiring projects at once.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes, including compliance with company policies and laws.
  • Skilled with recruiting tools and technologies, such as job boards and social media.
  • Ability to network and build relationships with potential candidates.
  • Ability to promote diversity and inclusivity in the hiring process.
  • Strong ability to multitask and focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address recruitment challenges.
  • Proven track record of successful recruiting strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model
  • Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening  
  • and presentation skills
